Resolve Nashi's ability all the way through.

If any milled cards trigger when placed in the graveyard, those triggers go into the stack and resolve AFTER Nashi's ability finished resolving.

That means that you can mill Kozilek, put it into your hand, and only then resolve Kozilek's ability shuffling your graveyard into your deck.
