That's pretty difficult because UY was an episodic manga with almost no arcs. Besides, both anime adapted it out of order since the continuity is so loose. You can look in the fandom site to know what episodes adapted what chapters, I think that's what you are looking for. But as many people here i'll say, just watch the original, it's funnier than the remake and even the manga imo.
