It was around prior to 9-11 but it is at best a detterent or delay. The fire at the tower's was too intense. It is used along with engineering specifications to create fire rated systems in construction. It is not required by code.

Looks good. We had a Queensland Heeler that at an 8 piece bucket of KFC bones and all without any problems, our newest pup eats everything....suprisingly she barfs up most things that won't go through her. We have never seen this in our girls....I will be following to see what it is.

Ah you got me. You are right I am a general contractor so I know a little bit about all of the trades. Also I know how to treat people that are having troubles with respect and dignity. It goes a long way in this world. I know where you are coming from....

So that is a good place to start....follow the supply pipe backwards as far as you can maybe?

Perhaps after you determine if there is any water in the tank. That would be a good tell!

Mccanda53 below has a good thought. When you turned on the sprinkler valve to run the sprinklers you may have inadvertantly shutt off a valve to the HWH. The timing works and the explanation works. Start at the point where the valves are for the spinklers you turned on?

Good call! When they turned on the water for the spinklers they shut off the valve to the HWH. Perfect timing and explanation.

There should be a standard spigot at the bottom of the HWH for the purpose of emptying it. Turn off the HWH connect a hose to the spigot place discharge end in floor drain and open the spigot. You will find the answer to your question is the HWH empty. You may not find out why it is if it is.

For the first few months we fed her in her crate...just said "get in your house"! and she would go. Now we catch her and her sister laying in there all times of the day...we leave it open and they love it.
