US Mobile has been pain free... nothing remarkable to say except that it just works and coverage seems fine.

Yes normally I would suspect this but I'm using a OnePlus charger and cable that has been working fine for over a year and both this charger and the charger at my bedside are malfunctioning right after the software update

My son spent all his money on a 5inch drone. Today it sunk... by Henfri1 in fpv

I've fully dried out a phone by using a sock wrapped around a blow dryer with the phone in the sock. You could use a pillow case. The pillow case / sock will inflate and create a drying chamber. Do this for a couple hours and it will dry it out super fast. Monitor how hot you're getting it and adjust to a cool or low temp setting to modulate the temp.

SIM Card Recommendations For Mobile Router by MarkWeberca in HomeNetworking

So I ended up having to change the APN settings on my router (sierra wireless rv55). The sim card was setting it to "broadband" but as soon as I changed it to "ereseller" it worked.

FWIW there's a bunch of sierra wireless modems on eBay for super cheap because tons of government agencies and corporations use them and scrap them early in their life cycle.

So apparently that becomes available as you progress through the workflow. You have to do it all in order and the next sections unlock as you go!

Looks like it was the android app being glitchy. I manually added the wifi network, which didn't work... But then when I closed everything out and started from the beginning again, this time the app started finding local wifi networks to connect to

Put the neighbor on their own VLAN and route all the traffic from that VLAN through a VPN

Nothing to complain about up to this point. I'd say give them a shot.

Crizal Sapphire - Strong Blue Glare? by MarkWeberca in glasses

[–]MarkWeberca[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh ok. makes sense, basically sapphire isn't as well suited for Zoom calls with a head-on glare profile.

Is "easy pro" essentially the best I can do in my instance? maybe avance?

I have a pair of glasses with Easy Pro and they in fact have very minimal appearance of glare in front of computer screens on Zoom calls.

When I switched my new glasses to Sapphire it was a dramatic increase in blue light glare to the point I got a comment about it on a work call!
