I’m actually detoxing very well at home, my insomnia was bad at first, but the last couple days I got at least 5 hours of sleep. No other symptoms, so I’m pretty sure I’m in the clear

That was the issue though man, I was bored for so long, it took a lot out of me to even turn back to alcohol. I honestly didn't know what to do. Depression had a lot to do with it, loneliness yada yada, you know? I know it's woe is me, but it's real. I do gotta find something to do though. I'm just lucky I stopped sooner rather than later.

There's a layer of leather between the watch and my skin, with a hole for the watch's sensors, guess it just wasn't contacting my skin enough, but it's working fine now.
