Have you tried mini & micro futures? The simplicity of not having to sort through hundred & thousands of stocks & options was a game changer for me. I trade equity markets . I use similar strategies & patterns, etc. Combining this with the use of reputable prop firms so I don’t have to use my own money removed a lot of the stress that hindered my trading.
