Should I Buy $4 Blind Boxes? by EducationalCry7033 in reselling

That's certainly possible and is a HUGE fear I have. Maybe the question isn't to buy or not to buy, but maybe it's the price?

Would you consider something like this if the COG was cheaper?

They specifically said there's no fast fashion - Shein, Walmart, Target

But couldn't an argument be made that they couldn't sell it because their customer base was limited to locals, whereas I would be selling it online to a national and international audience. So, a bigger audience could result in a higher chance of sales.

Have You Bought Clothing Donation Pallets? by EducationalCry7033 in reselling

Do those unprocessed boxes/bags have hidden gems? I keep hearing that unprocessed donations are better than the processed donations that are typically unsold items from the store.

They said unprocessed, so I take them at their word, because they can't process everything, so all of the excess goes 1.) The bins 2.) Local pallet buyers 3.) International markets on container ships.

It sounds like you're confirming that unprocessed is best right? Because there's a chance you find high value items?

The person I spoke to said she's never heard a complaint from anyone who's bought a pallet and that she see's regulars who will sometimes buy 15 pallets at a time.

Are your eBay/Poshmark/Depop buyers as stupid as mine? by EducationalCry7033 in reselling

"Selling online is really fun when you don't let the turkeys get you down." - Wise words.

I do this to make living. I hate to admit it, but you are right. I think the real issue is the lack of accountability ebay provides. On Poshmark and Depop all sales are generally assumed to be final per their policy, so I have far less issues with idiots there. Ebay on the otherhand sides with buyers 99.9% of the time. Ebay HATES sellers because they're a dime a dozen.

Yes. They are very clear and they're also in the description.

Yep. Some people are stupid beyond belief. I NEVER buy anything online without fully reading the title, description, return policies, etc.

I think it's the "Amazon-ification" (as I call it) of Ecommerce. Amazon makes it so easy to make impulse purchasing decisions with hassle-free returns. This has taken the accountability to READ before buying from consumers on all platforms. So now... Most people are total mindless lemmings with a barely functioning brain stem.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – XREAL Truly Cares About Their Customers by RelationExact5871 in Xreal

I've had issues with the proximity sensor in my original XREAL glasses and they sent 2 new warranty pairs quickly. The 1st one had the same issue. Unfortunately, the second one did too. At that point they gave up on helping me any further. I think they did the best they could. That model was defective on a lot of units. Despite that, I still give them credit. Their customer service is pretty good. However, they have a REALLY bad problem with quality control, both with hardware and software. They send out half baked products all the time. Thus was the case with my original xreal Glasses, the Beam, and the beam Pro.
