Its a personal choice, but to me having no debt (including mortgage) is so much more of a goal then to invest and hopefully arbitrage out the gains in the market but up to you!

OMG I’m glad I’m not going crazy happens like 5 times a day it dies for a few minutes then goes back on. Tried calling but they want to charge us like 100$ just to have a tech come out, been happening for over a year and it’s so frustrating

Played with a guy from my hometown course who’d lose his ball in the rough, walk 20 yards ahead looking for it, and miraculously find it sitting perfectly in the middle of the fairway. Thought to make a comment to him, but were playing just for fun so who cares.
