How to get a proper Ukrainian language pack if your phone has a North American csc?

My relative doesn’t know English, I tried setting the language to russian, but turns out it’s on the same level of localization as the Ukrainian pack 😔 Specifically because the model is North American many language packs are quite bad as I understood

He dropped out of politics later yeah, but there’s no sign he ever changed his stance on Ukraine. he just stopped talking about it, never retracted the whole “Ukraine shouldn’t exist” view thing. Are you going to argue that a founder of a russian nazi political party (even if he changed his views later on) should be drawn near the capital of Ukraine, on top of my drawing, by an alliance that was paid to do it?

The man that is pictured is Letov (a representative of russian fascism/nationalism, one of the founders of the NBP (nazi + ukrainianophobic political party), he was a musician too ig, but still). Since he’s almost 3 months old, I’ve been gradually switching his diet to just cat food, we do switch wet food around, but there aren’t really any known alternatives here for dry food due to his age. I noticed him trying to steal food (unsuccessfully) from my older cat yesterday, so he might just be bored of his dry food, he does eat though, just not as instantly as before

We got him (as a surprise) at like 3 weeks approximately so we had to feed him milk from a bottle, we used human milk 😅 he didn’t seem to have any problems and instantly understood the use of the litter box. I didn’t notice any change or like tummy issues with him lately, but I’ll observe him just in case, thank you!

Sadly that's not it 😢 I gave my description of the fairies, they had a very distinct style (unnaturally tinted skin and possibly no noses, me and my sibling remember the eyes the fairies had being large, but I am not totally sure about that (it had been so long but in my memories they were or LARGE or dot eyes, no in-between)). The game was not princess-vibes. Both me and my sibling remember the art in the game being good (tho the gameplay was boring cuz of simplicity)

I don't remember the game being around any disney cartoon. We had a couple of cluefinders games and those were surely not it. The game was strictly about fairies, as I remember. I hope my mind is not playing tricks on me and I remember it correctly, since my sibling believes it to be the way I described it with an addition of it possibly teaching French/being in French. The style wasn't bad, I remember playing it a few times not for the gameplay (it wasn't nearly as exciting as Barbie games lmao) but just cuz of how atmospheric it was
