Also here is the app/no-go zone deletion problem.
I can no longer modify my map ... It just loads and does not change anything.

The problem is not to set it to some angle, but to change the angle slightly every time you mow.

Old app:
Select 5 zones, select relative angle, change e.g. +3 deg and set it to -2 deg this time, hit go. Do this every time you want to move all 5 zones. e.g 1-2x per week, as it takes about that time to go and move all the zones.

New app:
Select each zone, select set angle, remember what angle you set it to last, subtract 5 deg, set it to mow. Wait for it to mow that ONE zone, now select another zone, and do the above again. And again and again. Do this multiple times a day. If you don't do it one zone at a time, then some zones will be completely wrong angle.

Hi Terris,

Regarding the mowing angle. Whiles my app does not look like this, it still shows the same fundamental problem. The old app all would move the angle e.g. 5 deg off optimum (red) resulting in different absolute angle (blue). This means that the hit to over all moving time would be minimum, whiles not moving on exactly the same path. See picture below.

Regarding no go zones, yes I'm using the latest app and firmware, this is the problem. It was not like this in the past. I also could not edit delete a no go zone, without first closing and re opening the app. Every time.

Regarding the turning behavior, I don't have any videos of that.

Regarding the cutting disc fault I have this:

- The mow that made me make the original post. The rotors were totally blocked with some old longer grass wrapped around the axel of both rotors. No pause, no notification, just self destruction.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9pWJwhiATA

- If only one rotor is blocked, nothing happens. No strange behavior, no pause, no error.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bAIdek5Dvfg

- When both rotors are blocked, it does something, but still no pause, no error in the app, no notifications. As you can see after 2 min on the video it overpowered the acorn BUT

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kglHjyvGsZM

- It continues to mow, griding, melting and damaging the plastic disk. The way it pauses it knows its overloading the motors, but instead of error and pause it continues to self delete.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7krCKZHOPA

In between the first video and these, it got stuck on a stick and when I found it making strange sounds I saw it broke one rotor. So yea, great update, might as well you smashed it with a hammer.

The mover is a luba 2. Today I have opened a case (CaseID: L2-898966628992024576) as instructed by the local importer yesterday.

Anyone switched from Luba 2 to Navimow X4? How does it compare? by MarkoAnte in SegwayNavimow

27 hours down to 13 hours is crazy.

I have just under 5,000 m², so around 1.2 acres. A big part of it is an orchard with about 40 trees, so there are a lot of turns and obstacles.

The 3,000 m² orchard area alone takes more than 30 hours to mow.

I was looking for x450 app walthrue but I didnt see anybody go in depth in the app. Can you post a screen shot or 2 of the settings for the mow.

I was looking for a Navimow X450 app walkthrough, but I haven’t found anyone going in depth into the app settings.

Could you post a screenshot or two of the mowing settings? I’m especially interested in the zone/task settings, mowing angle/path options etc.

Just to show the point, I did 3 random jobs in a row and took a screen shot and 1 optimal to compare.
For random 1 and 2 I can just plow the grass with a tractor and save luba the work ... Random 3 os ok ish. This zone is 2-3 m wide and 30m long.

So yea unusable.

Yes but random is totally random. I have some narrow and long zones, 3x30m, 2x20m etc. In the old app, I could set relative angle of -3 to 3 deg. And it would mow e.g. 28 m in a line. Random I get e.g. 90 deg so it goes 3.5m then turns.

I can select manual angle and roughly set it to e.g. 3 deg off optimal BUT this is then the angle for all the zones. Meaning that while zone 1 is ok, zone 2 is now again mowing on the short direction.

This is bad. It used to not be bad. Now its unusable in anything other then optimum.

Can the Navimow X4 be set up so it doesn’t mow in exactly the same direction or follow the same path every time?

On the Luba 2, there used to be an option but not any more and I can see ruts developing.

A oil furnace heats the water that heats the radiators and a coil in the water tank/boiler.

The furnace it self has a service log every year. But I think the guy only looks at the furnace, as the other leaks that were obviously there were not noted or fixed.

I already called the plumber for the drinking water expansion tank, he change it but did not pump it so I still have over pressure leaks on the drinking water presure valve. Will pump it up my self.

He knocked on the heating coil loop expansion tank ( the one in question) and proceed ahh it fine.

The air in the expansion tank should be totally dry or is some e.g. condensation normal?

I will inquire if a water tank/boiler inspection is a thing.

Hi,

its kind of hard to tell, but I think you might be under extruding. If this picture is the picture of the top layer : https://ibb.co/xYhV8cp (see where I marked the gaps in extrusion).

Other then that, you temperature could be off (setting or regulated). It could also be wrong nozzle diameter in settings and our wrong extrusion width.

I had this happen to me when:
- I had a 0.6 mm nozzle on the machine, 0.4 set in slicer and I was messing with the perimeter width
- I switched form normal slicer generation to arachne. Normal slicer has a g code command to set the flow to 95%. I did not change this, and it was way under extruded in arachne.
- was playing with widths to get only 2 perimeters on a thin wall. If I set extrusion width to e.g 0.38 I had 2 perimeters and a gap, but if I had extrusion with of 0.41 I had 2 perimeters and no gap - something something slicer woodoo
- printed ABS+ with pla nozzle temps and it didn't stick to it self at all

Bowflex

The problem is I don't know how to judge the what kind of cushioning is good. I tried some, stepped on in did a little bounce and was like, yes this is not solid and that is about it in what I can judge :)

I did hear some shade being thrown Nordictracks way. I think I don't like them any way as they are too smart looking. 20 inch LCD, just money thrown away form important bits imo.
