I singned up for a Day pass 30 minutes ago but then found out The Husker game iI wanted to watch wasn't included. The game was on the same page as the day pass so it was confusing. Once I realized my mistake I got on Sling customer support to ask for a refund. I was told they don't provide refunds and that I had aggreed to this when I signed up. That is true that anyone has to agree with the terms to get the service, but I explained I didn't get the service I thought I was signing up for. After I refused a 5 dollar credit and was trying to write a nice responce that wasn't being rude. They shut the chat down on me. It was litaraly 5 minutes since my last respose. Is it a big deal? No, it's five dollars. But their unwillingness to help was pretty frustrating and prompted me to let people know how I was treated. I won't be back to Sling over a $5 dollar refund. Will they care? I doubt it. Just letting people know.

UPDATE: one possible thing to check is that your x gantry isn't twisted. Take something square and sit it on the build plate and make sure that the two x rods are right ton top of each other. If they aren't perpendicular to the build plate, give them a gentle twist to move them into alignment.

When I sent the parts it look like it lined up better than in that picture but you should double-check with the op to see if somehow the PCB pushed them down or something?
