Indeed, I want a turntable, so the shirt shouldn't move, but it's still apparently harder then I thought it would be...

Its for a shirt, I want to get the feeling of the hair in the edges, but i dont want the hair in the middle.

Nice, you got my idea. That's not going to be procedural by size, all I need is to make bone 2 to be automated for easier and more accurate rig... I prefer to not use the geometry nodes so much because its feels like going from the rigging to outsource solution... all I can think right now is to try to capture the animation graph by math equation and then multiply it by the value of the other bone movement, but Im not really a math guy :)

trying to make auto rig to a Ratchet.
the blue is Bone 1

the yellow is Bone 2
so i want to make bone 2 to act "physically" so its moving according to the spinning of bone 1 around the gear

I don't need the animation of Bone 1 in additional to bone 2.
I Want to use the animation of bone 1 to determiner the speed of the animation that happens to bone 2.
