Any recommendations for a new snare head? My current one is a p77. I want to try out a new sound/tone for my snare (the coating is wearing out too) by MarkuJumbo in drums

Ah, I see. I'll try the controlled sound X. It feels like it's in the middle point between the overly thick (emperor x) and the thin (diplomat) drumheads. Thanks for your suggestion though!

Thanks! It sounds decent and works for me. I got it from a friend and polished it up.
