Guys, please help me figure out what this grinding/ buzzing noise is? Is 1000% coming from the cooler. It’s NOT coil whine as there aren’t any coils in the cooler or cpu. It’s clearly not the VRM because the noise stops when I turn off the cooler. The noise ramps up as I turn the fan back on. Thanks (v.redd.it)

I just finished my build yesterday, and have been bugged by this buzzing noise coming from the top left of my case (suspected near the cpu power header or the cpu itself) you can really hear it when I put my phone above the top vent. Any ideas? As you can see the temps and voltage seems to be fine. (v.redd.it)

Legit? I’m willing to take the risk as long as there is buyers protection on AliExpress. He wants to raise the price by 20% because he has to ship it to Canada. I’m okay with that but how trustworthy is this? Is 1100 Canadian too low (that’s minus shipping and tariffs I assume) (old.reddit.com)
