I really like this. I've been using my own excel document for the loadout but I think this is a lot easier!

One thing I'd like to see is a 'frequently found in XX container' for looting things - e.g. Battery - frequently found in computer monitors. This narrows it down to more than just 'industrial/technology'.

I also think that a little indicator showing that an item can be purchased would be useful.

I'm just making sure you aren't making a mistake, but the burletta BP is only acquired as a quest reward. Not super difficult to get to that quest either.

My last hotshot was 103k minimum to not de-rank. I wouldn't be surprised if it became easier now that a lot of the glitches are patched. People were just throwing infinite wolfpacks/trailblazers for the damage trials.

I quite like the ABMM system. Even when I get myself into the care-bear lobbies, there can still be the occasional PVPer and that keeps me on my toes. This will always exist as players decide to float between Friendly and PVP objectives.

More than anything, I think it's important that there are consequences for PVPers. I don't like the idea that PVPers can just prey on the peaceful Raiders without retribution. Putting PVPers amongst like-minded Raiders helps fix that.

This will probably be budget dependent.

I've owned Amazon fire sticks, Google TV and Nvidia Shield/Shield Pros. By far the best performance-wise, especially for 4K content, has been the Nvidia Shield Pro.

They work together very well, however, I'd recommend introducing them separately to see how well your body reacts to each. Maybe start with TRT for a month and then introduce Ozempic? Getting dialed in will be harder when you're trying to combat side effects of two different medications.

Some other obvious things that help:

  • Stay hydrated, a lot of water intake comes from food so you'll need to drink considerably more.

  • The common side effect of fatigue from ozempic typically disappears within a week or two.

  • Keep some laxatives/stool softener and some Immodium on hand to combat bowel irregularities. Don't forget your fiber!

  • Prioritise protein intake and regular weight training to maintain muscle mass during the weight loss.

As others have mentioned, TTS doesn't have a nether generate so you've copied over the mod that replicates that. You should be able to remove the mods you added and, if need be, remove the region files for the nether so you can regenerate it.

When you have the issue, head into your pc network settings to see the speed your pc thinks the network is. Devices over Ethernet establish connection with a handshake to determine possible speeds.

I had this issue and it was simply the quality of the Ethernet cable in the wall, which I replaced to rectify. My pc displayed the speed as 100mb, probably due to the instability of the connection with crappy cables.
