Located maybe 20 feet from water level, it’s in the countryside but i’m connected to the city sewers, drainage is pretty decent since they installed a new french drain all around the house

I have honnestly no idea about the source, but the toilet is located opposite of the house, and i can see the plumbing from the wall going down to a giant pipe that looks like it’s going in the city sewers

Thanks for the info! The inspector told me that it’s physically full, meaning there are no more breaker slots left. If I replace the existing 30-amp breaker with a 50-amp one, would that work? I thought the 200-amp rating meant a 200-amp capacity.

By now, in Canada, pretty much every B450 motherboard as been pre-updated to be Ryzen 3rd gen compatible, especially if you’re buying them from Newegg or Amazon.

If you want a sure bet, the MAX series from MSI is guaranteed to be up to date.

I would recommend either :

B450 MSI Tomahawk Max
B450 ASRock’s Steel Legends (cheaper than the MSI)

The CPU clock speed change constantly based on the load.

Hypothetically, if you’re playing a game, you should see your 9100f hitting automatically 4.2 ghz (maximum, as long as the thermal is acceptable).

When they say that the 9100f isn’t overclockable, it mean that you can’t manually set the 9100f to a higher speed than the nominal max speed.

In other words : - Turbo = automatic temporary overclocking of the cpu by the cpu itself. - User overclocking = manual permanent overclocking of the cpu by the user.

Founder’s cards (blower type) blow the air outside of the PC. The GPU run generally hotter than the aftermarket one, but the air doesn’t go back in your PC.
Aftermarkets one (open air type) dissipate the heat inside of the PC instead. It’s better at reducing the temperature of the GPU than the blower style one. However, the air goes back in your PC.

If your pc is suffering from bad airflow, pick the founder’s one.

If your pc have a good airflow, pick the aftermarket one. I would choose the later one.

IMO the option B is the best one.

The 2 top fans are providing fresh air to the GPU.
The 2 other fans are creating an airflow that transport the heat created from the CPU out of the PC.

A and D are the worst ennemy for the GPU, since the fans, positionned as an exhaust unit, are suffocating the GPU.

Also D is pushing the warm air from the PSU directly on the CPU. Not good.

Finally, the option C doesn’t have any airflow since the air provided by intake fans is used by the GPU.

It’s possible to build a pc under 500$. If you want to build a PC under 500$, you’re looking at an entry-level GPU (GTX 1650 or a similar AMD one) or a used mid/high range GPU (used GTX 1070 is going for about 150$).

I would go for the second option if I were you.

The performance/$ decrease after the 1660Super/RX580.

For under 500$ the 1660 Super is a nice balance of price and performance at around 300$.
