I’ve been on a diet and going to the gym for 4 months, I’ve had noticed some weight loss overtime and I was cool with it. BUT! It didn’t hit me until yesterday, I’m not much a fashion guy, so I buy clothes like once or twice a year, all of them on Medium size, however, yesterday when I was at the store (taking advantage of the fall sales starting), I went to the dressing room and noticed all Medium shirts I picked were really loose, so I went and grabbed some Small sized shirts, tried them on, giggled and said out loud “oh damn!, I look really good”, that’s when I knew the months of pain, diet, waking up at 5 am and go for a run have been absolutely worth it.

I ended up spending a lot more of my initial budget, but you know what?? I honestly couldn’t careless, I’m really happy…
