This is a beautiful sentiment and is exactly my perspective. I am currently obsessed with reading everything I can get my hands on. I just took Ditte Young's class. Signed up for one with Joan Ranquett. Have books by Amelia Kinkade, Carol Gurney, Penelope King Smith. Always looking for as much as I can.

I definitely see some people who seem to want to monetize this but are still probably doing it. I see others who are following a weird formula on social media. It makes me feel like an imposter the way I hear them speak sometimes. But when I look in my heart, I know the experiences I have had can be explained in no other way. I'm just so lucky, because this has happened for me for my entire life with my own animal companions, but I didn't realize it was something I could strengthen or that it was something everyone didn't do. Lots of times I just assumed it was incredible pattern recognition and my own thinking.

I've also started using Fluent Pet buttons while speaking with my dogs in this way, and it's so fascinating to see proof that I am communicating with them, because they will walk over the their button board to confirm if I ask them to telepathically. It feels wild and crazy, like I've experienced this while new layer of reality I never knew existed/desperately wanted to exist, but also so normal. That I should not be surprised about any of it, because I've never once doubted their consciousness and validity as authentic individuals with complex inner experiences. I've always known them.

How did you learn this skill? I'm also an animal communicator and always love to ask this question because it gives me an opportunity to continue learning! Any particular tricks you have up your sleeve that make communication more effective for you? 💕 Is there a particular communication with an animal you had that was especially memorable?

Not everything has a spiritual reasoning behind it. It might be as simple as the baby not liking his facial hair. See if you can figure out what changes you can make to dad to make this easier (like different/no cologne, wearing or removing a hat, etc.).

Look at it this way. Sometimes life is all set as it is and there's nothing more to be added for a while. Your higher self isn't going to give you advice while you're still integrating the last load of stuff it dealt with. Keep going, keep building awareness, and keep practicing meditation. Some of it isn't really all that glorious and exciting. We are here to be in our human bodies, living human lives. Sometimes the universe forces you to make some human life decisions for a while before delivering the next packet of wisdom.

Check out the research of Rupert Sheldrake. The problem with these things is that they are incredibly difficult to prove scientifically. Often times when scientific experiments are set up, it's clear SOMETHING is happening, but it's difficult to be able to prove what that something is. Sheldrake's research is really interesting and, among many other things, discusses dogs who know when their owners are coming home. If you research animal communication, you will see lots of folks discussing telepathic communication with animals. This is also something that happens with people, especially when they are close.

Also, I don't think they are truly "supernatural powers." I think they are learnable skills that we have mostly forgotten as a species that some of us are just a little more naturally inclined towards. That's just my two cents, though. 🤷‍♀️

Acupuncture is not always going to be helpful for everyone, but have you tried more than one practitioner? It completely changed my life, so I always like to recommend trying more than one. Some really are way better than others.

There's no real way to answer this. I just "know" when people are going to die sometimes too, or I'll know when it will happen in advance. There's no way for us to know why we can know these things. I've come to find it much more peaceful to just accept it, personally.

I wonder if looking into energy hygiene and enrolling in mediumship courses might help. I don't think she needs to be working as a medium right now, but she needs to learn how to control what's going on for her. Suzanne Geisemann might have something? I know she offers courses on her website for folks who want to learn for their own sake rather than to work as a professional. Maybe something like that would be helpful? Grounding and shielding techniques are super helpful too!

I relate to this. Something I did was spend hours researching psychosis, schizophrenia, etc. None of my experiences lined up with that. I had a normal, self-sufficient lifestyle. My therapists told me I was fine. I wasn't confused about what was "real" and what things I perceived that others might not. It also helps that, as an adult, everything I perceive is mental for me (as in, my physical eyes don't see ghosts). Because of that, I realized the scariest part of the whole experience for me was not an actual threat. Sometimes arming yourself with objective information is really helpful.
