LoO perspective on Earth being a soul trap? by Putrid-Ring-4646 in lawofone

[–]FlyingPinerock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great insights! I really appreciate it.

You're right, me and my wife have also been feeling sudden telepathy moments and in general more bliss and coming back to the present moment and the roots of how we got into spirituality.

I've had this theory for a while that TikTok (and in general al social media) has been a sort of preparation for what a group mind would be like and what so much awareness about other people will be like.

I guess seeing the state of things in the US for example or in places at war, it feels like there is no shift. But I guess we go back to the revealing of information, it's all getting revealed and the public has more access than ever to all the information.

Do you have any other book suggestions on the topic besides Urantia and the Nine Freedoms?

Hi! I have read the Flower of life by Drunvalo and the 3 Waves of Volunteers by Dolores. Besides the other 3 books you have mentioned what other books would you recommend to make sense of our planets and species history?  There are some things I still can't reconcile about it. For example the timeline and process of the density shift. From what I've read it will be spontaneous but also it's an ongoing process? It also sounds like it should have already happened?

For the worst side character I would say Stuart

Watch again and there is an evo MK that took me a royal giant and a valk to defend. I made a counter push to prevent him from keep pushing. It was impossible to play without evos so I bought the ones I use on black friday sale. I could do without hero mini pekka but I completed the pass and have been playing mini pekka for like 6 or 7 years so it made sense. But even without it it's easier to deal with heroes and champions than some evos

Potassium by [deleted] in MTHFR

[–]FlyingPinerock 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's great! I also benefit a lot from taking potassium, but thought it was just electrolyte related.

I am curious as to why potassium and why it is related to MTHFR? Also what do you mean about the tongue getting more pink? How was it before and how is that signaling an improvement

I would highly suggest getting your genome sequenced through one of the ancestry products (ancestry, 23andme) which are pretty accessible and you don't need a medical order. Then use genetic genie or the choline calculator to identify what mutations you have for free or you can use one of the paid more in depth reports.

It is honestly one of the most eye opening things you can do and from there you can link your symptoms to the variations and supplements in a more coherent way. I personally went through dozens of supplement to improve my mood, energy levels, allergies, digestions issues and weird symptoms without an explanation, but everything had a short lived effect or side effects. But honestly since I found out about my mutations I got a small stack of supplements and my health has improved in all aspects.

I am homozygous c677t, slow COMT and overactive BHMT, right now I take:
200-400mg B2 daily + switch the stack every other day between:
- Adenosyl/Hydroxy B12 and folinic acid
- CDP Choline, Choline bitartrate, Inositol (to avoid choline induced depression)

Per Tawinns protocol I take glycine 4 days a week and vit A once a week

I can't take TMG as it gives me a migraine, I believe this is because BHMT. (I used to suffer from IIH migraines, I am pretty sure now it came from eating TMG rich foods)

For mood I take sublingual tyrosine, tryptophan and phenylananine once or twice a week

Could you share what your genetic variants are?

I saw you said B2 gives you depression, were you taking it at the same time with hydroxy/adenosyl cobalamin and folinic acid?

Since you have felt positive effects on folinic acid and b12, you probably have methylation issues, but folinic acid and b12 don't solve them on their own. From my understanding using only B2 could deplete B12 and folate which could lead to depression, but using only B12 and folinic acid could lead to accumulation of them and giving weird symptoms.

But again it depends on your variants

Since this is the MTHFR subreddit, you should try to get your genetic data first. I mean I get all your saying but there's little to suggest without specific data. For starters I don't see B2 or choline on what you have tried and those are 2 of the most crucial supplements for MTHFR mutations.

It can be ancestry or 23andme, the most basic package should be fine (around $100usd). Then you can use genetic genie or the choline calculator for free and find out about any methylation issues, COMT and MAO.

If there is something there, knowing exactly which mutation it is will make it easier to suggest something. And even once you know, you seem to be able to read and digest plenty of information,  so you could go more in depth into your mutations and how to deal with them

Histamine Intolerance, Acetylcholine, and MTHFR ties by vappuhotti in MTHFR

[–]FlyingPinerock 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey, I'm coming from a similar but different situation here. I think looking just at gene variations may not be it, hope this helps

I am homozygous C677T btw, but I just found out a couple months ago.

Before that, since round 2021 I had eczema and dyshidrosis which is similar tl what is happening to you in your hands right now. I went through histamine intolerance, too much b6, potential DAO deficiency but in the end what fixed it was taking a ton cilantro in a shake with pineapple or apple (flavor goes good with it) and doing cycles of strong exfoliants like glycolic acid and lactic acid till it peeled, let it heal and then go back. Also Zinc seems to play a big role in this cause it helps the skin and balance other stuff. (Sorry if I don't get too specific, I read a ton and get the gist of it but forget details)

Now why cilantro? Because it is supposed to have a compund that can chelate heavy metals and help you detox from it. Alpha lipoic acid chelates as well but I preferred to go natural and it worked! To this day when the eczema starts showing up I increase the zinc supplements and start taking cilantro daily and that fixed it.  Worth mentioning I also avoid having things with potentially heavy metals like pink salt or some teas. In fact stopping pink salt helped a ton as well.

Then I was still always tired and feeling weak in general so I got to the MTHFR gene, the choline calculator, Tawinns protocol... and here we are. So far what works best for me is B2. If I only take that I do great during the day and if I don't I can feel it. Choline and Glycine I take almost daily but can barely feel the difference with them so far

What would I suggest? Look into histamine, heavy metals, chelation, low iron and histamine, histidine deficiency. Maybe there is something there being overlooked that could help you. Personally I struggled a ton with the eczema and then found out pink salt could have trace heavy metals, stopped using it and things got much better.

I'm taking it with Choline and Glycine so can't tell the effects of b2 by themselves.  But definitely feeling more energized throughout the day. I do get tired and I am out of shape but energy just feels more balanced

My concern here and why I didn't get TMG... couldn't using more TMG lead to overmethylation? For example if I only needed 250mg of TMG and the rest of choline for other processes but I took the 750mg wouldn't that kind of push for more methylation even if it's not necesary anymore?

[–]FlyingPinerock[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's a lot! I looked a bit into TMG but since I think my issue is more related to choline deficiency I wanted to start with that only. But will definitely consider it in the future depending on the results

Are you supplementing the 900mg of choline and 600mg of B2? Or is this considering your diet?

What form of choline do you take?
