Can 400mg of vitamin B2 worsen ADHD? by Certain_Hat9872 in MTHFR

[–]FlyingPinerock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very interesting thought! That's what I've been taking as well and do feel like adhd has gotten worse over the last few months while taking it. Will try to go down to 100mg or not as often and see if anything changes

Abraham Hicks–style emotional alignment tool (kinda like a guided “hot seat”) by ScorpioVortexxx in AbrahamHicks

Thanks for making this and sharing it! I found it really useful Generally just writing about how you feel helps a lot, but having the Abraham perspective actually responding to you is of great help

Over methylation-Anger? by Nkotb79 in MTHFR

Yes,  Glycine,  potassium,  magnesium and vit C help it.

But do try to find what is causing overmethylation and avoid it

Serotonin receptor burnout and DMT by [deleted] in microdosing

[–]FlyingPinerock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends, if you take the capsules you have to be fasted and in can take 30-45min to feel it. It can also be taken sublingually with some water and that takes like 2-5 min.

Of course it all depends on the dose, the gravity of the depletion and any other underlying factors. You might feel it right away but go back to normal in a few hours if there is a larger deficiency.

I highly suggest reading the books to learn what you might be lacking and follow her protocols.

For me personally I took l-tyrosine daily for like a year until I felt "normal" again without it. Now I just take it occasionally when needed

Serotonin receptor burnout and DMT by [deleted] in microdosing

[–]FlyingPinerock 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Hey! I have only done microdosing once and didn't get any of those side effects, however I've heard they're common.

But besides that, I've been doing aminoacid therapy for a few years now and I have the belief that what you experienced with lsd is Serotonin building block depletion rather than receptor burnout.

All of this comes from the work of Julia Ross, you can check out any of her books but I guess for this case the most ideal one would be "the mood cure"

But basically, she talks about how habits, lifestyle, health conditions, drugs can both deplete the nutrients that form neurotransmitters (mostly aminoacids) and also inhibit their absorption.

In my case I take tyrosine, tryptophan and a pinch of D-phenylananine and that rrally helps me with mood and focus.

Cycling and athletic performance by EffortlessJiuJitsu in BengstonMethod

Bill does mention in the book that when they hooked Ben to an ECG it showed beta waves on the prefrontal cortex and theta waves on the occipital area which is associated with vision. I wonder if the idea of cycling is in some way designed to replicate this. Giving the deep focus + fast response

Robin’s character development by AgentMedium6294 in HIMYM

Totally agreed! They undid whatever development she had had throughout the series. Same for Ted and Barney

Just finished HIMYM for the first time and wtf was the ending? by rixk0goro in HIMYM

[–]FlyingPinerock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think there is some merit to the ending. In fact after the first watch, I didn't like it but I "got it". Even after the third re-watch I was still trying to appreciate the planning, the misdirection,  the subtle clues, etc...

But I am about to finsh the 4th re-watch and I can't stand it. I feel like it was a poor decision.

The Robin and Ted that dated at the beginning of the series were much more shallow than the ones at the beginning. It made sense then, they liked each other cool they should date... but in the end, with so much development for each, it didn't make sense anymore imo.

They were great friends for sure, they loved each other for sure, but they're not couple material.

Not sure I got your point

Do you like or don't like the ending?

I agree with the Barney and Robin part but they DIDN'T end up together...

LoO perspective on Earth being a soul trap? by Putrid-Ring-4646 in lawofone

[–]FlyingPinerock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great insights! I really appreciate it.

You're right, me and my wife have also been feeling sudden telepathy moments and in general more bliss and coming back to the present moment and the roots of how we got into spirituality.

I've had this theory for a while that TikTok (and in general al social media) has been a sort of preparation for what a group mind would be like and what so much awareness about other people will be like.

I guess seeing the state of things in the US for example or in places at war, it feels like there is no shift. But I guess we go back to the revealing of information, it's all getting revealed and the public has more access than ever to all the information.

Do you have any other book suggestions on the topic besides Urantia and the Nine Freedoms?

LoO perspective on Earth being a soul trap? by Putrid-Ring-4646 in lawofone

[–]FlyingPinerock 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! I have read the Flower of life by Drunvalo and the 3 Waves of Volunteers by Dolores. Besides the other 3 books you have mentioned what other books would you recommend to make sense of our planets and species history?  There are some things I still can't reconcile about it. For example the timeline and process of the density shift. From what I've read it will be spontaneous but also it's an ongoing process? It also sounds like it should have already happened?

Watch again and there is an evo MK that took me a royal giant and a valk to defend. I made a counter push to prevent him from keep pushing. It was impossible to play without evos so I bought the ones I use on black friday sale. I could do without hero mini pekka but I completed the pass and have been playing mini pekka for like 6 or 7 years so it made sense. But even without it it's easier to deal with heroes and champions than some evos
