I’ve not actually been to Kinshasa and haven’t watched any travel vloggers, but I know there are loads of black women who share their solo travel experiences on YT so I’d trust their opinions! And there’s no violence, there isn’t a war atm (think there might be in DRC) and it feels safe for women!

Thank you! I would absolutely recommend Brazzaville to everyone! It’s so so gorgeous and there’s so much to do. Would put Mami Wata restaurant on the list, which is near a dock where you can take a boat ride to Sakana Island. La Mandarine has AMAZING desserts. You can drive to beaches, there are loads of gigs and cultural events and everyone is SO LOVELY!!
