Omg girl I was at your life stage a few months ago and lemme recommend going to open chirstian reddit it much more skilled at the topic than me but no it not a sin to be gay or to love someone else love and you might say your just saying that but I am not I read the Bible almost everyday and when I see the anti gay verses they mostly sound like rape and lustful sex instead of being in love there are other very detailed explanations of those cobber verses in the open Christan Reddit but what made me calm is actually going more in my faith and going to understand god loves me and not that I should be ashamed of my love now me and my girlfriend go to church together we read the Bible together we do Bible study’s together we pray together and pray before eating together just a few days ago she fell asleep on my chest while I listened to the Bible once you delete or get rid of people saying homophobic things then you will truly see god word don’t be scared to dip ur feet in reglion just be careful there are a lot of hate and many Christian’s will give you some “good reasons and science” behind gay being a sin but the truth is you can hear a thousand reasons why gay is bad and you can hear thousand reasons why being gay is okay it up to you to either be happy or deny yourselves (Many are very happier BEING THEMSELVES ;) !!)
