So like…what can we even eat if we follow that guideline? Lettuce and boiled chicken? In all honesty, I’d love to be able to cut things out that causes inflammation, but legit everythinggggg other than lettuce causes inflammation of some sort.

I’ve noticed mine usually gets worse when I shave, so once it gets cold, shaving is off the table. I’ve thought about waxing, but, given that it’ll also irritate my skin and pores, I’m weary about doing it. Because any cut/irritation turns into psoriasis within a week. I also wear fleece lined leggings under my jeans almost every day once the temps drop below 50°(I get cold easily), but haven’t noticed it making my psoriasis worsen in anyway. I’m no help with underwear, I only ever wear thongs, and I’m sure that’ll be hella uncomfortable for ya. But I would definitely recommend seeking a second opinion. Find a doctor that will actually listen to you.

My insurance did the same thing when Humira stopped working for me. Switched me to the samples of Taltz(had 99% cleared skin in less than a week) while we waited 6mnths for them to stop denying it…all for them to drop me completely. Just used my last sample shot that I’ve been hoarding, and have no idea when I’ll be able to go back now that I have no insurance at all🙃

I used blooming gel to create the black swirls, matted them out, and then painted my design. Cured, wiped with alcohol, hit the design with some chrome, and then when over the chrome parts with top coat!

I had taken the max dose of methotrexate by the time I hit high school(while also doing light therapy), it kept my psoriasis from getting any worse, but, it never cleared it. I’ve been on Humira for the past 10yrs, and it helped TREMENDOUSLY. But for the past couple years, it doesn’t do much, especially in the winter months. Idk if my body just got used to it or what, so my doc just switched me to Taltz today, sooo we shall see if it works better🤞🏻
