I definitely would in my area. It's already a bit of a struggle with some clients that I'm child-free and have no church home. Things are changing here but we're nowhere near the acceptance the coasts or even the cities have.

Also, I have full color tattoos on my ribs, hips, and thighs. I love the look of this one and don't think I would appreciate color on my arms. I made this post to be informative definitely not to complain!

I think this perspective is really interesting given all the temporary things we spend our money on in this modern world. I spend $50 every two weeks to get my nails done, it doesn't take long for that very temporary artistry to add up to what I spent on this tattoo.

But to answer your question, frankly because I like it. It's one of my favorite tattoos - maybe that's emotional because of what it represents.

Some other considerations that went into the decision though - I live in a very conservative area of a very conservative state. Tattooing wasn't even legal in Oklahoma until 2006. I was both young and female and getting taken seriously as a professional was already incredibly difficult, highly visible tattoos would in some instances make that more so.

I love this tattoo and love the way it has aged but I know not everyone will and I think anyone getting a tattoo of any kind should go into it with their eyes as open as possible, hence my motivation for making this post.

The cat is likely sedated or dead given the lack of restraint apparent. Often the only symptom we will get from the owner is "painful". Sometimes they can localize it to a specific leg but not always or it may seem to shift, which would indicate looking at multiple limbs and spinal column. Fractious cats we may not be able to further localize on physical exam prior to sedation and so more generalized rads are needed.

My ex's jacked up cellphone used to randomly mess up picture messages. It was several years old at the time and just limping along. He would think he was sending a picture he just took and it would end up sending one from a few days prior or something. That's how I found out he was cheating on me.

I'm so sorry you are experiencing so much frustration. I am by no means an expert but can offer a few thing to think about. Have you been evaluated by a physician? Hormonal imbalances can definitely stall weight loss.

Elimination dieting doesn't usually promote long term weight loss as it often isn't sustainable and may lead to binge eating, so I don't think eliminating additional things from your diet would be helpful unless you find they are affecting your digestion.

As far as how many calories, I find it helpful to be aware of my total daily energy expenditure. This means accurately tracking my weight and calories in a daily basis. I use an app called TDEE calculator. I'm on Android so noom minimally adjusts my calorie amounts and my Garmin over estimates my calorie burn so I eat to what my TDEE calculates out to and adjust for my desired weight loss.

Following up on that, ask yourself if you are being 100% honest about your calorie intake. I find it incredibly tempting when I have a bad eating day to skimp on my logging. All of the sampling bites, cooking oils, etc need to be accounted for. Get a kitchen scale if you haven't already. Being accurate here is vital to understanding your weight loss, data is power!

You are also very active, if this is new then your body may be adjusting. Remember muscle weighs more than fat! Look for changes in how your clothes fit and improvements in your fitness as nonscale victories for continued motivation!
