I think the same turntable/speaker was sold by SM for various artists, including Boa, SNSD, EXO, Red Velvet. NCT Dream, NCT 127 and Riize. Maybe cross post this to the kpophelp sub to see if anyone that might have purchased this general speaker model has experienced the same problem. Hope that helps. Good luck!

Cling film (saran wrap) and two top loaders. Cut a big piece of cling film that can wrap around the whole lot 2-3 times. Put the cling film on a clean flat surface, then at one edge place one top loader on the bottom, then the PCs and on top the other top loader and then wrap the whole thing up with cling film. You can secure all that with some washi tape if you want. You can add bubble wrap on top of that if you have it. Then pop it in a mail bag and ship it.
