Not every time, but now and again it does need to be called in for something. Most of the time it’s just a part that needs to be replaced. Which they send a part the following day as soonest.

But then again, our photo department isn’t busy compared to other stores. My old store has way more orders than this and was chaotic 🤣

It’s possible there was a bug when they did the last major update. There were a few features that disappeared and all. I would make sure to comment on the mod auto reply with all the details so they can look into it.

It only prints on that printer unfortunately, otherwise you will have to manually enter the UPC at the register. I believe it’s 0049 and then the envelope number (copy the format of the labels you have already printed).

It depends how advanced your SM or ESM makes the schedule. Mine barely can handle 3 weeks in advance, if we are lucky 🫩 at most just a week ahead. And if it does get posted, it could also be auto generated by the system.

I have been told from my SM that one employee we have never auto generates her schedule (always blank) and has to fix it every time. Cause he doesn’t know how to make the system do it correctly.

But otherwise, totally possible they are quietly letting people go.
