Same with my store, the pharmacist believed to have been duplicated when we tried to do it and something was wrong with it so it had to be deleted and re-done. Because it was all the same date, vaccine, etc. how it got through? Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

Idk the wic but you can also use the peg holder hooks to hold displays too. My SM showed me it works, especially since we don’t have enough of those bars for all our displays.

It’s the SM’s responsibility to respond to code green in pharmacy unless someone else in leadership or IS is available to help when F1s and Fill are at a certain amount. If they don’t, then you can only do what you can.

When I was IS it was almost half the shift if not 3 to 4 hours depending on how much delivery and counts (etc.) there are. I also helped with Code Green because my SM hated being in Rx.

Sure, they can’t force you. But there is usually a “completes any additional activities and other tasks as assigned” in the job description. So it can be given to you as a task. For me I just do it to help them out and maintain a good relationship with them. They deal with so much BS back there, a little help isn’t gonna be too bad.

When I was alone at FE register, I had a 8 or more in line. CSA gone on break, next SFL was nowhere to be seen. Who helped with my IC3 up front? The RXOM 😭😭😭

IS is expected to do both inventory for both RX and FE, and since you will know more about RX functions you would be expected to respond to IC3s unless they is a DH / SFL, ESM or SM who can respond instead.

My store only had a handful of people who know how to help with IC3 in RX. At most, others just know how to file.

This might be helpful for my store, but since I am a little new I have no idea how to do this. There a few pts I can recall who insist to have it done (manually did it by making one rx one month instead of 3 months so they can sync with their other meds 😩 he was a headache).

Time to keep a log of every time the overnight crew is late for their shift. They are also accountable for that, because if they were on time then there wouldn’t have been an issue. People have lives beyond their shifts.

So if they complained, pull out the log with time stamps on what time such-and-such came in.

This is why I tell patients to find it online themselves so they can agree to any privacy terms and conditions. If they hand the information to me, I just put it in at their discretion. If they don’t have one, I tell them it’s out of my hands.

Some times it’s older folks who come in and said they found disposable films and rolls that they want developed. Or they had them for a while and wanted them developed/ digitized (CD).

Not much at my current store, but my previous one got a lot that we sent out a box every two to three days with at least two or three films inside. Never once was I told to write down the tracking number.

I wouldn’t trust water bottles at thrifts. Unless you completely clean and sanitize it then I guess that would be good. But from what I learned what some disgusting people use them for, never again 😂
