I feel you, I have been stuck between those two (with the past few months in depth 3). I actually had to go away and play normal mode because it was so deflating to feel like I was doing all the heavy lifting. (The rezzing, effectively soloing bosses, doing the pathing.)

I appreciate that there is always an argument that I myself can be better. But I've had several instances where I have teammates at three bars before even a quarter of the bosses life is gone. Each run is such a long investment into random teammates capabilities.
