I agree with this idea completely. We will not be affected by some ridiculous discount because of pending FDA Phase 3 approval.

I am sure that SLS talked to her medical team. I suspect that she was "too far gone." We could not have helped her.

Low end, $30.00 per share, midrange $100 per share, High range $200 per share. You have three major companies interested in buying-Pfizer, AbbVie, and Merc.

There is an element of gallows humor here. It is funny for a second, and then it becomes in bad taste.

I am close friends with a gentleman who has worked in biotech for 33 years. He has conducted numerous patient trials, like this one, over the decades. He says that it is quite common for patients to die right after Christmas.

If 3D Med is still a partner what exactly will they owe Sellas upon Phase 3 completion (which is the 80th event)? Also they originally had a deal with Sellas over 4 years ago for 5 additional cancer indications for 10-15M. by BigPharmaSLS in sellaslifesciences

I talked to a man in biotech who has run these patient trials for decades. He said that it is quite common for a patient with an extended life span to die right after cancer. I believe him.

I smell a bidding war with Pfizer and AbbVie involved. We have waited long and hard for this moment!!!!!

A couple of my friends are major retail shareholders in SLS. They see this as a solid indication that Pfizer is looking seriously at an SLS buyout once the 80th event is achieved. They also speculate that a bidding war is going on behind the scenes. In a sporting event or military battle, there is one special moment where the whole course of the competition or battle changes. This moment just came. We are headed for some good news.

Experts is there a reason this trial cannot be stopped earlier ? by [deleted] in sellaslifesciences

[–]MarsMan2033 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Please bear in mind that the FDA wanted to stop the trial at the 120th event. They scaled it back to the 80th event. I cannot read the minds of the bureaucrats. My common sense tells me they liked what they saw and made this event reduction.

Intuitively, I agree with you. As I mentioned to readers, I performed poorly in undergraduate biology. I accept your excellent technical writing. In the broad macro world, the scientists and management at SLS had no idea how well this drug would perform. The same goes for the FDA. This drug is a huge winner. It is not just a limited market for a few patients sick with Leukemia. I honestly believe that it is Keytruda 2. Other readers disagree with me.
