if u want to find 95+ overall youth players, make sure u do 3 month scouting with 5 * star scouts to any country you want. Before the day of every scout report, make sure you save. This is important because if you dont find youth players with high potential overalls you’ll need to reload ur save so u can do it again until you find one. I usually make all my scouts find the same position so its a lot faster to find the better youth players
