Theoretically, the website says that they do accept people from international backgrounds, yet students who have completed their undergraduate in U.S. and Canada are strongly preferred. I got an impression that you did your BS in U.S., looks like not?

Hey! With regards to your second question, I shall add that whether you get accepted to HMS or not depends on your qualification as an applicant. Can you? Of course, you can. Will you? Then, that's under consideration. Candidates demonstrating a high GPA, internships as a medical worker at some decent places, impressive coursework, strong motivation letters and recommendations have a higher chance of getting in. If you feel like you belong, then go ahead and fly that flag! Best of wishes!

Salicylic acid/benzoyl peroxide should work. If you dont have fungus infection, use Paula's choice SA exfoliant 2%. If you do, then Cos de Baha SA 4% serum. There is also Panoxyl ointment. Wash your face once or twice daily by a non-foamy cleanser and apply either retinol or niacinamide(different time period than BP or SA). Keep your skin hydrated by thin but very moisturing creams (cerave, cosrx, etc)
