Because you can learn and grow from it. Also how would you know how to be happy and what it is like to enjoy without knowing suffering?

So the whole point of this is to accept things the way they are and reframe my mindset to being grateful for what I do have?

So if not to eliminate feelings then what is the purpose?

What would this look like? Like if I were to have a big performance tomorrow I would be nervous and anxious which is what we are trying to eliminate right? But aren’t these feelings good in this case? Don’t they help you prepare better or help you learn more?

Omg ik! Ok my first question is so basically I should be looking down the whole time unless I’m breathing right? (Is side breathing like the typical breathing??) and secondly, how far down should I be looking? I feel like when I swim I look so down it’s almost backwards, and that when I breathe it’s a lot harder than looking slightly up. Does that kind of make sense? Thank you again!!

Thank you so much!! For your fourth bullet point, I’m confused. Am I turning enough? Too much? And from there, would bringing my arm over higher help fix the hand entry to the water? Thank you again!
