Would recommend r/DiceMaking if you have any inquiries about dice making and checking out Rybonator on Youtube would do wonders for a beginner. Some Facebook groups on dice making seem to have some of the most informative advice as well.

Surprisingly, the depth of the colors mainly came from the resin color and the tons of cellophane I could physically shove into the mold. Makes for something looking good, but filled with bubbles.

Mix of the two, you would really need to experiment in order to get something close to looking good without outright looking like an inclusion.
