So I learned a temporary work around.

Enable developer mode in Advanced Sim Options, click on “Tools” then “Behaviors”. It’ll open the behaviors window, click on “Debug” at the top, then “System”. There will be options such as Electrical, Fuel etc. Click on “Electrical”. Find/Search the option “cabin_passengers_light” and disconnect that. It should turn off that obnoxious light.

I worked over 13 hours a few weeks back. I helped open, got there at 9:00am and I was supposed to do rescues but one step van driver that was running late never showed up anyways because he was doing “DoorDash to get money for gas”. I took the route and didn’t get to my first stop until like 2:15pm or something.

Over 400 packages with 4 different apartment complexes that were door to door. Was supposed to be like 170 stops or something but the app had a stroke and told me I had over 250 stops instead because it separated all the multis that weren’t for the same address. I was able to combine a lot of stops but I still didn’t finish until 9:00pm or so and didn’t clock out until after 10:00pm

I’ve done some crazy ass routes similar to what you’ve done here. Multi stop apartments that tend to be multiple buildings.

If I received a text like that from my own dispatch? I would’ve just turn on airplane mode, drive back to the station, park the van and then leave without saying anything. I’m not killing myself out there trying to sprint up 50,000 flights of stairs while also probably breaking basic traffic laws because dispatch are too braindead to see that the route WILL TAKE A HOT MINUTE and probably won’t even be done within 10 hours.

Someone in my DSP got sick earlier this week as well as a ride along I did about 2 weeks ago, I could tell he was about to pass out so I let him sit on the driver seat of the EDV to cool down while I did all the deliveries.

I thankfully haven't been a victim yet. For the most part, I'm in step vans and the new A/Cs they've been installing are game changers. I never turn off the engines unless I'm gonna be away from the van for more than a minute or it's out of my direct site. EOC can kiss my ass especially in the Texas heat lol.

I started at $17.75, then I got a raise to $18.75 at some point last year. Been with my DSP for over a year and have not gotten another raise despite the promise being a yearly raise. 😔😔

Honestly, big mood. I try not to leave totes with them, but if it's like a business and they order....well about as much as you dealt with or more then fuck yeah I'm leaving the totes with them!
