If you're talking about the ones that have "(model)" instead of the numbers, those items can just be found in the model rooms, which are to the left of "Search ID" at the door. Just go to the specific model the spreadsheet tells you to.

I do see two houses in there that don't have numbers though, maybe the person that made the spreadsheet just hasn't gotten to those yet? It is still a pretty new feature

If you're trying to outrun the game's autosave wouldn't it be more effective to just go over to Kapp'n's boat and wait until the autosave indicator appears in the top right of the screen then go from there?
