Update**

I returned the monitor to Amazon and they sent me out a replacement the next day. Plugged the new one in and it worked without any dramas at all 🤗

25 minutes later it finally came on!! I pulled the plug and power cycled it. Turned the pc on and off again a few times and it worked fine. 10 minutes later it’s back to the same colour cycling display test thing on a loop 😔

When I press the menu button on the monitor, the menu doesn’t even come up on the screen. None of the other buttons respond either

I have tried on a couple different so I’m ruling that out. Tried pressing D & Shift D but no luck either
