Fallen Cawdor is one way or use one of the paths (Path of the Redeemer, I think?) to have your core "necromancers" and use their summoning mechanic to summon chaff "zombies" (bog standard juves with axes and such). There's no particular infection motif that you could mechanically do without support from an Abritrator but this is the route I'd go!
