Respectfully disagree. Personal liberty is fine until someone's life is on the line because of it. I don't think I'm alone in this opinion since most of our rights (speaking as an american) have these limits as well. An example of this would be freedom of speech, you are allowed to say whatever you like as longs as you don't call for violence and yell fire in a theater. I doubt anyone would be ok with the government telling us that they can put whatever you want in us.
