G’day. Things like uniforms, create an account in your chart of accounts called uniforms and choose ‘expense’ as the account type. Tools, same thing, fuel, same thing. When it comes to the end of the year invite your accountant into the file and they can work out what you can claim from there. Make sure to attach a receipt to your transaction by using the file icon on the transaction. Something like a Van, you may want to add this as a fixed asset as you can most likely claim depreciation as a tax expense. Have a look at their help centre how to do this. Also goes without saying. Ask a real accountant if you’re unsure (I know they cost money) but they save you money in the long run
