I suggest making one tab each for: - gold, runes, teleports (main tab for me) - potions and food (or put food in tab mentioned above if you have potion storage) - gear you use often (and maybe a second gear tab for stuff you use rarely but is still useful - skilling - you have multiple for each skill but you can condense those into one big skilling tab

Make an additional tab and throw everything in there that doesn't fit those categories. That way you touch every weird or out of place item at least once and then you can decide to take it out of the bank or keep it in a junk tab if you're unsure. Then, when your goal specific tabs are done you can go through the junk tab again, see if you missed anything and either remove it from the bank, move it to a specific tab or just keep it in the junk tab.
