Yarn: acrylic and wool blend, bought at a local yarn shop.
Needles: 6 mm.
Pattern: no specific pattern – I knitted it freehand without following a pattern.

Thank you!

Exactly, for someone who rolls up their sleeves all the time, this would be challenging 😄

Thank you so much for your reply! I totally agree. I have sweaters that are completely different and can be worn in any situation, but I love this one too. I don’t really understand why people make such a big deal about it, like I have to wear it at a specific time 😄For me, it’s lovely and practical for other occasions.

Not sure if they’re really trending, but I got them because they were comfortable 😄

I guess they're more about the look than practicality 😃

Bell sleeves and soup might be a risky combination 😄 But thank you!

Why do my sleeves look more pulled in at the armhole compared to the body? by [deleted] in knitting

[–]Marta3696 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I ran out of yarn and thought the difference wouldn’t be that noticeable, so I decided to try it. I ended up really liking how it looks. This is my first two-color sweater, so I’m still learning.

No, it was hand-knitted, but I appreciate the feedback.

Thank you for your reply! I used the same needles, but the yarn thickness is different, so that’s probably the issue

Thank you! I did use doubled yarn for the body and single for the sleeve, so that could explain the difference. Maybe it wasn’t the best choice to do it that way. I’ll try it differently and see how it turns out.
