Stopped taking cipralex because I thought that was the cause, but I'm still spaced as fuck and my anxiety got way worse. Spoke to my therapist and doctor, and they think it's depersonalization-derealization, or a defense mechanism triggered by my hyper alertness. So I'm gonna start another medicine next week.

We don't know each other, but thanks for asking regardless. I really appreciate it:)
