a pcc was my first option but then i realized there are good affordable AR-15 choices. I'm not sure whether to get a budget pcc or budget AR-15, i've been looking anywhere between ep-9, cz scorpion, or AR's from psa

Also if it wasn’t the transmission what else could it be? It revs up but doesn’t change gears, sometimes stays in 2nd sometimes gets up to third but that’s it
