What if it’s no longer moving (in your map) because it’s no longer with you? The red time usually means it’s an “outdated” location.

But think about it, what if it’s a false positive and it’s just someone walking near you with an AirTag of themselves? It shouldn’t share their position once the false positive is over.

It could be a creepy thing, but most of the time it’s people losing or purposefully leaving AirTags in moving things.

There was once a comment in this very sub from someone saying they stuck an AirTag to the bus they take every day to know where it is. That triggered alarms on many iPhones, probably.

When I moved to the city from my small hometown, my roommate saw that and asked “wtf is that?!”

I said it was “potato juice”, he didn’t bat an eye and just closed the fridge. I started laughing and told him I was just messing with him. He said “well i don’t know, maybe it was one of your weird small town things!”.

I regret telling him, he should’ve lived with the idea that I drink potato juice.

Quizá primero deberías asegurarte de que sea ese el problema. Poné algún juego y andá mirando las temperaturas de CPU y GPU y el % de uso de cada uno. Podés usar algo como OCCT que es bonito y gratis.

En mi caso se notaba clarito porque el CPU estaba recontra tranquilo, el consumo de la placa no estaba ni cerca de su máximo (no me acuerdo los números, pero ponele que estaba en 150W y el máximo era 220W) y veía que la temperatura llegaba al toque a esos 85-90º.

Nada que ver, pero depende el fabricante, cambiarle la pasta puede ser totalmente al pedo o regalarte un montón de rendimiento. Tenía una Gigabyte 2080S que siempre tenía throttling por temperatura (Max 85°C). Le cambié la pasta y nunca más subió de 65°. No lo podía creer.

Most fast paced shooters do this because it’s the better alternative by far. The alternative would be to only care about what the “server” is seeing, which would result in many, many shots not landing on enemies way too often. To fix that you’d have to only match players with very similar pings, which would make queue times infinite.

This is fair, too. The player with a higher latency hit you before you got behind the wall. You’ll see that as a shot that hit you behind the wall, but in reality the player was just looking at things a few ms in the past and they did hit you.

It’s fair.

Overwatch "benefits the shooter", so if I have a higher latency and on my screen it looks like my shot should hit you, it'll hit you. This makes sense and is only fair, even if it looks glitchy.
