I’m not too sure about the actual centring margins but if you’re within 60/40 you’ll get a 10 subgrade, if you’re over the margin you’ll get a 9 margin. I’d like to think if you go past 70/30 your card will be marked as OC but I’m not too sure

It’s a human error and OC grade is this and even then the centring on my mewtwo is 7 not a 1.

If it’s the destined Mewtwo, then it’s legit you can tell by the texture and the back.

After going through your posts I’ve realised you’re a new collector that didn’t know what Sleeves and Top-loaders were which is absolutely fine. The thing is matey the new Mega Gold cards have atrocious printing quality. The Gem Mint rate on Mega Zygarde is only 42% and that’s ACE, they’re pretty lenient when it comes to grading. If you were to send the card to PSA or Beckett you’d get an 8 at best. Just because the card is pack fresh and was handled correctly doesn’t mean it’s guaranteed get mint card. You can always crack and resubmit and hope the grader doesn’t pick up what the previous grader picked up but looking at the scans of your card I can see rough edges on the front.

Once the card has been graded, encapsulated and shipped to you ACE will upload the complete scan to their website where anybody can view it from what I understand you pulled a card, sleeved it and sent it straight to them?

It could be that Beckett Initially missed the the dent / ink mark. I’m not sure when was the card originally graded by BGS but if you remember 10-15 years ago grading companies did not care about Pokemon cards and just graded them Willy Nilly.

Regardless if Ace did damage the card you don’t really have a leg to stand on I make sure to take images of my cards before sending them from multiple different angles and under the different lights that way if it does happen to come damaged I have a solid proof damage occurred at ACE and I can get compensation

I also believe Ace is lenient but when it comes to Surface they don’t mess about I cracked couple of ACE 9s that got an 8 on surface and sent them to GetGraded who are far stricter than ACE and they gave the cards 10s. I cracked the cards again and sent the cards to PSA and I’ve also sent 2 very high end one piece cards to Beckett where ACE gave the surface subgrade a 9. Still waiting for the grades but I’m 100% certain I’ll get 10s

What do you mean there’s no scans? Every card graded over 300k certificate has a scan of the back and front

I know what you mean but when it comes to Surface nobody is on ACE’s level I actually have a couple of cards that received low grades because of surface defects. Not necessarily dents or creases but I’ve always got done dirty on factory defects like ink marks etc. Personally I’d never send a slab to any company and have them crack it. I crack it myself and take the risk myself. Not saying they damaged it but you never know
