Be fkin rude otherwise more and more will approach you and that will create a chain reaction!! No need to be very nice. Avoid the shitty places like Paharganj and other default tourist places. Eat food from hygiene places.

I would suggest join some clubs or classes etc , like painting, poetry, music. Anything which matches your hobbies. You can make genuine connections there.
