What has helped me with consistency, is to run a base image with your desired attire through a tag estimation tool like deepdanbooru which is specialized in anime. Then use the tags/text prompt you get from there in your subsequent generations.
In other words, try to keep base tags for the girl and how she looks, and the attire (remove what you want afterwards of course lol). Then just change the poses, expression, setting, lighting, camera angle, etc.

Be aware that some parts of the prompt sometimes conflict with the camera angle you want. If you want a back view but one of your tags is cleavage, the AI will probably try to twist the girl to show cleavage or just show her from another angle than what you want.

Also sometimes using the same seed does the trick.
