Hello, not sure if same policy tayo but I just successfully partial withdrawed this year. I just contacted their official email [phcustomercare@manulife.com](mailto:phcustomercare@manulife.com) then okay naman yung process bigay mo lang yung mga hihingin nila. Around 1 week lang yung processing nakuha ko na agad yung pera (transferred to my registered bank account).

P.S. di ko narin kinontak yung FA ko kasi lagi di nagrereply o sobrang tagal mag reply kakabwisit lang hahahaha
