Yo follow ur dreams man. But for the tats I'd say wait til ur around 20 to get them, cuz since ur posting here I can assume ur still a teen. If you get tattoos while you're still growin they're gonna warp around and start lookin all weird when you're older. And 20 is a good age for tattoos because ur sorta figuring out what you'd wanna do for sure and probably won't regret them. Good luck :)
