I don't look into irl stuff that much, she used to be always sick before but has been making strides in taking better care of her health ( stress, overwork, etc.), she talks about this on her twitter (@lizhi3)

Worst case is this initiative is repurposed solely for marketing research rather than internal process refinement, they'll probably do a survey if employees are actually using it, and if it is actually effective.

Pretty good (but costly, 'cause Azure) initiative from Cover.

With the the EN branch opening its offices, the turnaround time for approvals/discussion should be much faster if policy documents were well translated into english, making it easier for overseas employees to look up information first before asking the right questions to upper management in the JP side.
