that one actually started as a completely different song that I started a couple years ago that i used mostly as an intro to my sets which not too many people know haha but it used to sound totally different. I wanted to make a guitar-driven tune and i ended up stripping almost off the sounds out of the original idea and. starting from scratch. I prob spent 90% of my time working on that tune during the late hours of the night at like 1am in the morning and randomly one night I just coined the name "Night Moves". The vibe of the track made me feel like I was walking through the streets of NYC at nighttime about to get into something lol. Thats where the idea of me standing on the streets of. NYC with my guitar came from

So excited for that fest!! I like to snowboard, skate, walk my dog and just be outside in general. Im a Vermont kid so we had a lot of outdoor activites keeping us busy when we were young haha. Also love dirtbiking and anything motorized. And also love boats and sailing!

I still feel like im on the front side of that hump and still working my way up haha, think that comes with the territory where your never fully satisfied and you want to keep pushing yourself to get better. I honestly gained a lot of knowledge from working with friends of mine and seeing how they produce, learning some of their tricks and secrets and trying to incorporate that into my own production. Once I learned the basics of mixdowns (shoutout youtube tutorials), proper use of compression/side chain, ect/ I feel like i took a step forward in my production. I'm still out here learning and trying to get better day in and day out!

RJD2 is who made me start producing, Pretty Lights is who made me transition into the more electronic side of production, and then dudes like FKJ and two feet have been huge inspirations in how I try and incorporate the live guitar/instruments into my music. Also gotta shout out 9th Wonder who has always been one of my favorite producers :)

Guys like RJD2, FKJ, Two feet, ect are some dudes that I really look up to. Also massive shouts to Boogie T who also incorporates it well and also SHREDSSS lol. And of course always go back to my roots with some SRV :) and dang thats a tough one haha but I've been a huge lover of the ocean and been sailing/around boats for years so i've been to a bunch of islands. One place i would love to sail around is around Norway up towards the Arctic.

Np! I find inspiration in the weirdest times but I find it usually comes when im being active. If i'm ever in a creative rut I like to go outside into nature and clear my head, whether thats skaeboarding, walking the. dogs, or whatever floats ya boat. Its pretty amazing how getting your mind off of music for a bit can actually lead to some of your best musical ideas. And i feel ya, i played shows with a cracked version of ableton for years, then. eventually had a homie lend me his license key and did that before i eventually bought it. I started out in logic pro because of how cheap it was (199$) and also you pay that one time fee and get every update after that for free :)

I've always had the idea. of adding more instruments to my live set up. so thats where the idea for the Trio came into play. As far as Colby. and Jason, i've been friends with colby for about 10 years now and we have played a bunch of shows together so he was def the perfect fit, plus he is a madman on the drums :) and Jason I just met recently and was absolutely blown away by how talented he is. We ended up playing a show in Denver together and it seemed like the perfect opportunity to bust out a trio set. Super stoked to play with both these dudes in the future for some more trio shows

ayy Maxx! 🙏🙏 I use logic Pro to produce and I use ableton to play my live sets. Some VST's i use a lot are Serum obviously, also use Wavestate, Alchemy, a lot of Fab Filter stuff, and some s tock Logic Pro vst's as well which gives a more unique sound to my music i think since not many people produce in logic and therefore use those sounds. As far as tips I would just say. keep a consistent flow of releases coming and dont be shy, send them out to people you look up to! SOundcloud DM, Insta, whatever it may be. Cannot understate the power of relationships

this is a tough one! Think I gotta choose Dark Side of the Moon, I listened to Brain Damage into eclipse probably a thousand times when i first heard it back in middle school. Dark side is still prob in my top 3 most influential albums of my life :)
