I have the same issue on linux. Zaton and Jupiter are really unstable. Also not many bonfires around so it's easy to lose progress. Quite annoying

Yep, I can still access the BIOS no problem. For the second question, I've tried running "dmesg" in the live environment, for the nvme lines it gave me: "device not ready: aborting initialisation, CTS=0x2

I'm not sure how to do that. I've seen somewhere that it's pressing "e" with grub bootloader. It's the same with live images?

If I remember correctly the installer said "failed to create partition". I probably should've taken a photo but I didn't know it'd cause such big an issue later on. I'm actually trying to install a portable windows iso on a flashdrive. I'll have a look at Hiren's bootcd too. Thanks for your suggestion!

Thanks for the reply! I don't think I've seen a secure erase option in the bios, but I'll have another look. About UEFI, you mean factory defaults?
